Loeries Posterbooth

In 2012 we were briefed to create an innovative and engaging registration experience for the Loerie Award Show.

We collaborated with creative technologists, Wezside to create the Posterbooth project, redefining the traditional registration process with a blend of creativity and technology.

The Posterbooth transformed a standard photo booth into an artistic poster experience. Attendees registered, had their photos taken, and received personalised A3 glossy posters realtime while completing their registration process. Each photo was superimposed into a randomly selected pre-designed frame and treated with an Instagram-style filter to enhance its visual appeal and added Loeries event branding.


The project required developing bespoke software and integrating a high-end Canon EOS camera. This ensured high-quality photos and a seamless user experience. The success of the Posterbooth project led to the creation of Eventsnap, a tool used for various clients and events. It showcased the power of creative collaboration and highlighted the potential of merging technology with artistry to enhance event experiences.
